About the event

The last few years have taken a toll on our children and it is showing up as increased anxiety, signs of depression, and lack of effective communication about emotions. Allow me to walk with your child for four weeks as we discuss tools they can use for a lifetime. I will teach them practical ways to de-escalate emotions when their nervous system is taken over by fear, anxiety or stress.  I will teach them specific communication tools for checking their perception and maintaining respect with parents even when things are uncertain or seem unfair. We will talk about ways they can use body cues to identify where anxiety is showing up in their body and use techniques to decompress. Our young folks are asking for help.  I am here to help them and I am here to help you.
